Our team got involved early in this project to use visuals to facilitate technical conversations, align partners, and validate business requirements all while advocating for a user-centered point of view. Working in low-fidelity allowed us to work quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and receive feedback quickly. For consistency, we used existing patterns established for IBM Cloud worlds, but also introduced new pages, like an in-context catalog of deployment options. There were multiple iterations on the overview and deployment pages, while the UX Architect focused on creating a monitoring experience for the SAP environments and a dynamic architectural diagram. I set up weekly design feedback sessions as well as provided ad-hoc critique upon request on the navigational flow visuals, and component usage.
